"Long live the city- Sustainable City. How can we return to the idea of humanizing our cities without segregating 'work' from 'play' and 'entertainment' from 'life'? I felt like giving a playful answer to this serious question from Designboost 2008 debates. For this installation, we chose mainly the classic iittala products created by the great humanist Aalvar Alto and Anio Alto along with some of the contemporary iittala products. Playing with scale and the iconic character of each chosen Iittala products, we conceived this playful yet almost real urban architectural setting."
